Standard Domestic Shipping Terms

Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.

U.S Shipping destinations and rates

J.Spot Beauty Co ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Only standard delivery is available.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 - 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 - 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express Delivery destination and rates

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please Include Order # and Return Details

on Return Card included with the Original Order.

All Refunds are subject to Bank Administrative Policies. Please Allow a Full 5-7 bus days for Refunds to include processing.

Exchanges are permitted to equal or lesser value.

Sale/Clearance items are NON-REFUNDABLE
